The first is barley a garment. It is two little silk diamonds held together with some thread and air. Needle Lace of the finest and filmiest quality. Thin silk straps and an attaching strap between the legs. Words fail me. Simply Stunning. And found HERE
And this set! The slip is spectacular in itself........ Ivory Acetate Satin with tatted lace trim, big bow with orange blossoms and silk ribbon drawstring. But to actually have the 20's Binder Bra to go with it. How lucky is that? And it's found HERE

Take the prolific, adventurous designs of German born American designer and 60's icon RUDI GERNREICH for instance, while his clothing may have caused quite a controversial stir at one time with their brash forwardness, today they seem to resonate exuberance and a much needed optimistic, youthful joie de vivre. It may be thirty-plus years after it's creation, yet will can't think of anything more felicitous than this red knit dotted & striped contrast Gernreich dress with matching trouser socks.

- 16 pairs of gloves - many are leather. A few long lengths, a few warm styles

Don't forget to check out our clearance section as well for big savings on vintage and gently used clothing and accessories!
I usually check out the red carpet fashions in the news coverage the next day, and I always enjoy the bitchy fashion critiques.
Anyway, I sought out some Classic Hollywood Oscar photos. To me, nothing compares with Old Hollywood. The movies were better, the acting was better. The actors were more interesting and original, and much less annoying than most of those today.
